DREAMARI CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY & EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERISM POLICY

Version 1.0
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Operator: Dream Opportunity / Dreamari
Privacy Contact: product@dreamopportunity.org
Security Contact: product@dreamopportunity.org

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Dreamari enables companies to engage employees and approved professionals in structured career education, mentorship, Community Boards, career-exposure programming, and other volunteer experiences designed to expand students' access to real-world professional knowledge.

This Policy applies specifically to Dreamari's:

  • corporate responsibility programs;
  • social impact programs;
  • employee volunteerism;
  • community engagement;
  • professional engagement;
  • Community Boards;
  • career-exposure programming; and
  • related employee engagement and impact measurement.

Dreamari is designed to help organizations engage a broad and diverse population of employees across locations, functions, departments, professional backgrounds, and levels of seniority.

Dreamari's Talent Acquisition services and future Employee Learning and Upskilling services are separate products governed by separate terms, permissions, and data practices.

Dreamari services covered by this Policy are currently offered in the United States.

---

2. EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER PARTICIPATION

Corporate customers may authorize employees and approved professionals to participate in Dreamari activities such as:

  • answering career-related questions;
  • participating in Community Boards;
  • discussing professional experiences;
  • explaining careers and industries;
  • participating in career panels and events;
  • providing career mentorship;
  • contributing educational content;
  • supporting career-readiness programs; and
  • participating in other Dreamari-approved student experiences.

These interactions are intended for education, mentorship, career exploration, professional exposure, and student development.

Participation in Dreamari's employee volunteerism program does not create a recruiting or talent-acquisition relationship with participating students.

---

3. VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY, SCREENING AND TRAINING

The corporate customer determines which employees are authorized to participate in student-facing Dreamari programming.

Before authorizing an employee to interact with users under age 18, the corporate customer represents that the employee has satisfied applicable:

  • company youth-volunteer requirements;
  • employee eligibility requirements;
  • background-screening requirements;
  • child-safety or youth-protection training;
  • employee conduct requirements;
  • regulatory or compliance requirements;
  • school-specific requirements; and
  • requirements imposed by applicable law.

Dreamari does not ordinarily duplicate a corporate customer's existing employee screening or youth-safety training unless separately agreed or required for a particular program.

Before accessing student-facing Dreamari functionality, participating employees must acknowledge Dreamari's applicable:

  • student-safety requirements;
  • Community Board rules;
  • professional-conduct requirements;
  • privacy requirements;
  • communications restrictions; and
  • employer-policy obligations.

Where a corporate customer does not maintain appropriate youth-safety requirements, Dreamari may require additional training, screening, or safeguards before permitting student-facing participation.

---

4. UNIQUE EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT AND REPORTING

Dreamari is designed to help corporate customers increase both the number and diversity of employees participating in volunteer experiences.

Dreamari may measure participation across:

  • offices;
  • geographic locations;
  • departments;
  • business units;
  • professional disciplines;
  • employee groups;
  • job functions;
  • career levels; and
  • other organizational categories provided by the corporate customer.

Depending on the applicable program, Dreamari may report:

  • number of unique employee volunteers;
  • total volunteers;
  • repeat participation;
  • employee location;
  • office or market;
  • department or business unit;
  • activities completed;
  • Community Board participation;
  • questions answered;
  • programs supported;
  • time spent volunteering;
  • volunteer hours;
  • frequency of participation;
  • students reached;
  • schools reached; and
  • other agreed impact indicators.

Dreamari may distinguish unique volunteers from repeat participation so corporate customers can evaluate both the breadth and depth of employee engagement.

---

5. VOLUNTEER SATISFACTION AND EXPERIENCE DATA

Dreamari may invite participating employees to provide feedback about their volunteer experience.

Feedback may include:

  • overall satisfaction;
  • whether participation felt meaningful;
  • willingness to volunteer again;
  • likelihood to recommend the experience to a colleague;
  • whether time was used effectively;
  • perceived ease of participation; and
  • other agreed employee-engagement measures.

Dreamari may provide corporate customers with aggregated or de-identified volunteer satisfaction reporting.

Where identifiable survey responses are provided to an employer, Dreamari will provide any notice, authorization, or other protection required by applicable law.

Dreamari may also use aggregated or de-identified feedback to improve the volunteer experience and Dreamari programming.

---

6. EMPLOYEE DATA PRIVACY

Dreamari may process employee information reasonably necessary to administer the applicable program, including:

  • name;
  • employer;
  • business email address;
  • job title;
  • professional biography;
  • professional experience;
  • areas of expertise;
  • office or location;
  • business unit or department where provided;
  • volunteer participation;
  • Community Board activity;
  • content contributed;
  • questions answered;
  • volunteer time;
  • events attended; and
  • volunteer feedback.

Dreamari does not sell personally identifiable information belonging to participating employees or volunteers.

Dreamari does not rent employee or volunteer personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Employee information may be used to:

  • administer accounts;
  • operate volunteer programs;
  • measure employee participation;
  • calculate volunteer time;
  • provide corporate impact reporting;
  • administer Community Boards;
  • support compliance and audit requirements;
  • protect platform safety and security;
  • provide customer support; and
  • perform other purposes authorized by the applicable corporate agreement.

A corporate customer may receive appropriate information concerning its own employees' participation in its Dreamari program.

Employee information obtained through the corporate volunteer program will not be sold as a separate commercial data product.

---

7. PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION

Unless content is expressly identified as an official company-approved statement, participating professionals speak from their own professional experiences and perspectives.

Their statements do not automatically constitute:

  • official statements of their employer;
  • corporate commitments;
  • investor communications;
  • official company research;
  • offers of employment;
  • legal commitments by the employer; or
  • official financial, legal, investment, tax, medical, or other professional advice from the employer.

Dreamari may display a notice substantially similar to:

"Views shared by participating professionals are their own and are provided for educational and career-exploration purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not represent official statements of the professional's employer."

Corporate customers may provide additional or substitute disclosures approved by authorized legal or compliance personnel.

Nothing in this section overrides legal, regulatory, supervisory, or employer requirements that apply to a participating employee's communications.

---

8. REGULATED EMPLOYEES AND COMMUNICATIONS

Dreamari recognizes that employees in regulated industries may be subject to heightened communications, supervision, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.

This may include employees of:

  • banks;
  • broker-dealers;
  • investment advisers;
  • asset managers;
  • insurance organizations;
  • law firms;
  • accounting firms;
  • healthcare organizations; and
  • other regulated entities.

Depending on the employee's role and employer policies, Dreamari communications may be subject to:

  • supervisory review;
  • pre-publication approval;
  • post-use review;
  • communications-with-the-public requirements;
  • recordkeeping;
  • surveillance;
  • restrictions concerning securities;
  • restrictions concerning investment recommendations;
  • restrictions concerning market commentary;
  • restrictions concerning research;
  • restrictions concerning confidential information;
  • material nonpublic information restrictions; and
  • other employer-specific compliance requirements.

The corporate customer remains responsible for identifying employees subject to additional restrictions and communicating those restrictions to Dreamari and its employees.

---

9. EMPLOYER-CONFIGURABLE COMPLIANCE CONTROLS

Subject to platform capabilities and the applicable agreement, Dreamari may support customer-specific compliance controls including:

  • read-only access;
  • restricting designated employees from posting;
  • limiting employees to approved content categories;
  • restricting specific topics;
  • approved response templates;
  • pre-publication approval;
  • post-use review;
  • approved disclosures;
  • restrictions on links or attachments;
  • restrictions concerning specified securities, companies, products, words, or topics;
  • communications retention;
  • compliance reporting; and
  • compliance exports.

The corporate customer's authorized compliance or legal team determines which controls are required for its employees.

---

10. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Dreamari's employee volunteer programs are intended for general education and career exploration.

Participating professionals may not use student-facing Dreamari functionality to provide personalized:

  • investment advice;
  • securities recommendations;
  • trading recommendations;
  • legal advice;
  • tax advice;
  • medical advice; or
  • other regulated professional advice

unless expressly permitted through a legally compliant service.

Financial-services professionals may discuss careers in finance, industry concepts, educational pathways, and their professional experiences subject to employer policy.

They may not use Dreamari to recommend that a student buy, sell, or hold a particular security or pursue a particular investment strategy.

Participating professionals also may not disclose information prohibited by law, regulation, contract, professional duty, or employer policy, including:

  • material nonpublic information;
  • confidential client information;
  • pending transaction information;
  • nonpublic merger or acquisition information;
  • unannounced financial information;
  • confidential research;
  • trade secrets;
  • restricted information; or
  • other protected corporate or customer information.

Dreamari may remove, preserve, restrict, or escalate content that reasonably presents a legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, security, or safety concern.

---

11. COMPLIANCE RECORDS AND REPORTING

Dreamari may maintain records of corporate employee activity occurring through Dreamari.

Depending on the applicable functionality, records may include:

  • employee identity;
  • employer;
  • date and time;
  • applicable Community Board or program;
  • content submitted;
  • questions answered;
  • comments;
  • edits or deletions;
  • attachments where applicable;
  • moderation actions;
  • approval status; and
  • other relevant activity metadata.

Corporate customers may designate authorized compliance, legal, supervisory, risk, or audit personnel to receive appropriate access to their employees' activity.

Where required by the customer's compliance program, Dreamari may provide agreed:

  • daily activity reports;
  • periodic activity reports;
  • compliance exports;
  • archive exports; or
  • compliance-dashboard access.

For example, a regulated corporate customer may require all Dreamari activity generated by participating employees during a business day to be available for compliance review.

The applicable corporate agreement should establish any required:

  • reporting frequency;
  • record-retention period;
  • export format;
  • technical integration;
  • supervisory process; and
  • compliance access requirements.

Dreamari's compliance functionality supplements but does not replace the corporate customer's independent legal, supervisory, and recordkeeping responsibilities.

---

12. COMMUNITY BOARD SAFETY MODEL

Dreamari Community Boards are structured educational environments created and administered by Dreamari.

Community Boards involving students may include:

  • students;
  • Dreamari personnel;
  • Dream Opportunity personnel;
  • school personnel;
  • school-designated Digital Chaperones;
  • approved corporate volunteers; and
  • other approved professionals.

Community Boards are not private messaging environments or unrestricted social media.

For Community Boards involving users under age 18:

  1. Dreamari and Dream Opportunity provide human moderation; and
  2. the participating school or approved youth program must provide authorized adult supervision for its students.

Dreamari may also use technical moderation, reporting, filtering, and safety controls to supplement human oversight.

---

13. DIGITAL CHAPERONE STANDARD

ADigital Chaperone is an adult authorized by the participating school or approved youth program to supervise its students' participation in a Dreamari Community Board.

Dreamari requires at least:

one Digital Chaperone for every 25 participating students under age 18, plus at least one designated backup chaperone for the applicable program.

Digital Chaperones may include authorized:

  • teachers;
  • counselors;
  • administrators;
  • educators;
  • program coordinators;
  • school employees; or
  • other adults approved by the educational institution.

For live or synchronous activities, at least one assigned Digital Chaperone must be present during the activity.

For asynchronous Community Boards, Digital Chaperones are not required to review every post in real time, but must:

  • maintain access to the Community Board;
  • remain assigned throughout the applicable program;
  • periodically review activity;
  • respond to Dreamari safety or moderation escalations; and
  • escalate school-specific concerns where appropriate.

If an assigned Digital Chaperone becomes unavailable, the school must promptly designate a replacement.

If no required chaperone remains assigned, Dreamari may suspend Community Board access for the applicable students under age 18 until appropriate supervision is restored.

Dreamari and Dream Opportunity moderation remains separate from and additional to school supervision.

---

14. NO PRIVATE COMMUNICATION WITH STUDENTS

Dreamari does not provide private messaging between participating corporate employees or professionals and students through its student-facing services.

At no point may a corporate employee or participating professional privately message a student through Dreamari's student-facing Community Board functionality.

Student and professional interactions occur only through shared, structured, Dreamari-approved and moderated environments.

For Community Boards involving users under age 18, corporate employees and participating professionals may not provide, request, exchange, or solicit personal contact information for the purpose of establishing direct or private communication.

This includes:

  • personal telephone numbers;
  • personal email addresses;
  • home addresses;
  • personal social-media handles;
  • private messaging usernames;
  • WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Discord, or similar contact details;
  • personal video-call links;
  • personal calendar invitations;
  • QR codes leading to personal communication channels;
  • personal contact cards;
  • requests to connect privately through LinkedIn or another social network; and
  • instructions to contact the professional outside Dreamari.

Corporate volunteers may not attempt to move a student conversation into private off-platform communication.

Professionals may share appropriate official organizational resources, such as:

  • official company websites;
  • official company career pages;
  • public educational resources;
  • scholarship pages;
  • official program pages; or
  • public event registration pages.

Sharing an official organizational resource does not authorize a private communication relationship with a student.

---

15. STUDENT DATA AND RECRUITING BOUNDARIES

Corporate volunteer participation does not provide unrestricted access to student information.

Corporate volunteers do not automatically receive:

  • education records;
  • GPA information;
  • private career assessments;
  • private career recommendations;
  • private career reports;
  • counselor information;
  • private student contact information;
  • complete student profiles; or
  • School-Controlled Data.

Corporate customers do not acquire ownership of student information because they:

  • purchase Dreamari services;
  • sponsor programming;
  • provide employee volunteers;
  • fund educational programs; or
  • participate in Community Boards.

Payment to Dreamari does not itself authorize access to personally identifiable Student Data.

Dreamari's Corporate Responsibility and Employee Volunteerism service is separate from Dreamari's Talent Acquisition service.

Corporate employees may not use volunteer functionality to:

  • recruit minors;
  • source minors as employment candidates;
  • create candidate lists from Community Board participation;
  • collect student contact information for future recruiting;
  • export minors into applicant tracking systems;
  • convert volunteer interactions into recruiting leads; or
  • otherwise circumvent Dreamari's adult-only recruiting requirements.

Dreamari Talent Acquisition services are limited to eligible users age 18 and older and are governed separately.

---

16. RESPECTFUL AND INCLUSIVE PARTICIPATION

Corporate volunteers must communicate with students in a professional, respectful, age-appropriate, and inclusive manner.

Participating professionals may not engage in:

  • discrimination;
  • harassment;
  • bullying;
  • degrading or demeaning communication;
  • inappropriate stereotypes;
  • sexual or romantic conduct;
  • threatening behavior;
  • intimidating conduct;
  • grooming;
  • coercion;
  • exploitation; or
  • other inappropriate behavior.

Professionals should communicate respectfully with students across different backgrounds, abilities, educational circumstances, and communities.

When contributing content, participating professionals should use Dreamari-supported accessibility features and formats where applicable.

---

17. CHILD-SAFETY ESCALATION

Dreamari maintains or will maintain an internal child-safety escalation process separate from ordinary customer-support workflows.

Reports or activity involving suspected:

  • grooming;
  • sexual exploitation;
  • child sexual abuse material;
  • trafficking;
  • stalking;
  • coercion;
  • credible threats;
  • predatory conduct;
  • attempts to establish unauthorized private contact; or
  • attempts to circumvent minor-safety controls

may be immediately escalated.

Dreamari may take appropriate measures including:

  • removing content;
  • restricting or suspending accounts;
  • restricting corporate-volunteer access;
  • preserving relevant evidence;
  • notifying the applicable school;
  • notifying the corporate customer;
  • initiating an internal safety or security review;
  • cooperating with appropriate authorities; and
  • making reports required by applicable law.

---

18. SCHOOL CONTROL OVER CORPORATE FEATURES

Schools retain control over optional Dreamari functionality available through their school-sponsored environment.

Depending on available platform functionality, schools may enable, disable, or restrict:

  • Community Boards;
  • corporate professional participation;
  • employer-sponsored educational programming;
  • sponsored opportunities;
  • career-exposure programming;
  • specific content categories;
  • particular interactions; and
  • other configurable Dreamari features.

Corporate partners and participating employees may not override a school's selections.

---

19. EMPLOYEE OFFBOARDING AND ROLE CHANGES

Corporate customers must promptly update or notify Dreamari when a participating employee:

  • leaves the company;
  • is no longer authorized to participate;
  • changes to a role subject to different compliance restrictions;
  • loses required volunteer eligibility;
  • changes employer affiliation;
  • becomes subject to restrictions affecting Dreamari participation; or
  • otherwise should have Dreamari access modified or removed.

Where supported, corporate customers should use available single sign-on, identity-management, or automated deprovisioning controls.

Upon receiving appropriate notice, Dreamari may:

  • terminate or modify access;
  • remove or update employer affiliation;
  • update professional title or credentials;
  • preserve applicable compliance and audit records;
  • maintain or remove historical educational content as appropriate; and
  • take other reasonable administrative actions.

A former employee must not continue to appear as a current representative of the former employer after Dreamari receives notice of the change.

Historical volunteer and compliance records may be retained according to applicable legal, contractual, safety, or recordkeeping requirements.

---

20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND VOLUNTEER CONTENT

Participating employees and corporate customers retain their applicable ownership rights in content, trademarks, pre-existing materials, and other intellectual property they submit to Dreamari.

By submitting content through an authorized Dreamari program, the submitting party grants Dreamari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • host;
  • reproduce;
  • display;
  • distribute within Dreamari;
  • format;
  • technically modify;
  • moderate;
  • archive; and
  • otherwise use the content

as reasonably necessary to operate Dreamari and the applicable program.

This license may be used to:

  • deliver the content to participating users;
  • operate Community Boards;
  • make content accessible across supported devices;
  • perform moderation and safety functions;
  • maintain applicable records;
  • satisfy compliance obligations; and
  • preserve program continuity.

Dreamari does not acquire ownership of a corporate customer's trademarks or pre-existing proprietary materials merely because they are displayed through Dreamari.

Dreamari will not use a corporate customer's trademarks, employee likeness, testimonial, or company-specific content as an external endorsement or unrelated promotional advertisement without appropriate authorization.

Ownership of content specifically commissioned or developed by Dreamari may be addressed separately in the applicable corporate agreement.

---

21. CORPORATE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The corporate customer is responsible for:

  • selecting authorized participating employees;
  • determining employee eligibility;
  • ensuring applicable screening and youth-safety requirements are satisfied;
  • ensuring employees complete applicable company training;
  • communicating employer policies and restrictions;
  • identifying regulated or restricted employees;
  • identifying required compliance controls;
  • identifying required record-retention requirements;
  • ensuring participating employees comply with this Policy;
  • promptly notifying Dreamari of departures or authorization changes;
  • protecting corporate administrator credentials; and
  • using Dreamari reporting and employee information in accordance with applicable law and the corporate agreement.

Dreamari remains responsible for the platform controls, moderation, security practices, and other obligations expressly assigned to Dreamari under this Policy and the applicable agreement.

The allocation of:

  • indemnification;
  • liability;
  • warranties;
  • damages;
  • defense obligations;
  • confidentiality obligations; and
  • other contractual risk

is governed by the applicable corporate agreement rather than this Policy.

---

22. SECURITY, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA RETENTION

Dreamari maintains a risk-based information security program intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed through the platform.

Safeguards may include, as appropriate:

  • role-based access;
  • least-privilege permissions;
  • authentication controls;
  • administrative access restrictions;
  • encryption;
  • system logging;
  • security monitoring;
  • vulnerability management;
  • secure development practices;
  • backups;
  • recovery procedures; and
  • incident response.

Dreamari may use service providers for functions such as:

  • cloud infrastructure;
  • databases;
  • data storage;
  • authentication;
  • communications;
  • analytics;
  • security;
  • monitoring;
  • customer support; and
  • other operational services.

Service providers processing protected information on Dreamari's behalf are expected to be subject to appropriate confidentiality, privacy, security, and contractual obligations.

Dreamari retains Corporate Customer Data and volunteer records only for periods reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the service;
  • administer the corporate program;
  • measure employee participation;
  • provide agreed compliance records;
  • maintain appropriate safety records;
  • satisfy contractual or legal requirements;
  • protect the platform; and
  • resolve legitimate disputes.

Customer-specific retention or regulatory recordkeeping requirements may be established in the applicable corporate agreement.

Dreamari will not represent that it possesses a certification, independent audit, assurance report, or compliance designation unless it has actually obtained it.

---

23. SECURITY INCIDENTS AND DUE DILIGENCE

Dreamari maintains or will maintain procedures for responding to suspected or confirmed security incidents affecting protected information.

These procedures may include:

  • investigation;
  • containment;
  • remediation;
  • evidence preservation;
  • recovery;
  • customer notification; and
  • legally required reporting.

Dreamari recognizes that corporate customers may conduct:

  • cybersecurity reviews;
  • privacy reviews;
  • legal reviews;
  • compliance reviews;
  • procurement reviews;
  • accessibility reviews; and
  • third-party vendor-risk assessments.

Subject to availability and appropriate confidentiality protections, Dreamari may provide relevant documentation concerning:

  • information security;
  • architecture and data flows;
  • subprocessors;
  • access controls;
  • data retention;
  • Community Board safeguards;
  • child safety;
  • compliance controls;
  • incident response;
  • business continuity;
  • cyber insurance;
  • security assessments where available; and
  • other reasonable due-diligence matters.

Dreamari will respond to due-diligence requests according to controls and practices actually implemented at the time of review.

---

24. POLICY UPDATES AND USER ACCEPTANCE

Dreamari may update this Policy to reflect changes in:

  • the Dreamari service;
  • safety practices;
  • Community Board functionality;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • compliance requirements;
  • privacy practices; or
  • security practices.

Dreamari will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

Where renewed acceptance is appropriate or legally required, participating users may be required to review and affirmatively accept the updated Policy before continuing to access Dreamari.

Dreamari may present an updated Policy when a user next signs in to the Dreamari website or mobile application and may require acceptance before continued use.

Dreamari may also notify applicable corporate administrators of material changes affecting their program.

A Policy update does not unilaterally override a separately executed corporate agreement where that agreement controls the applicable subject matter.

---

25. SERVICE TERMINATION

Upon termination or expiration of a corporate customer's Dreamari volunteerism agreement, Dreamari may:

  • terminate corporate administrative access;
  • disable employee access associated with the corporate program;
  • remove or update current employer affiliations;
  • provide agreed compliance or program exports;
  • retain required safety, compliance, audit, security, or legal records;
  • delete applicable Corporate Customer Data according to the applicable agreement and retention requirements; and
  • preserve or remove previously contributed educational content as permitted by the applicable agreement and content license.

Termination of the corporate relationship does not transfer ownership of student information to the corporate customer or create a right to export Student Data.

Corporate employees and students do not privately message one another through Dreamari.

Participating professionals may not provide personal contact information to minors for the purpose of establishing private communication, request such information from minors, or attempt to move student interactions into private off-platform channels.
